Vl\u00e1dy nebo finan\u010dn\u00ed instituce \u010dasto stanovuj\u00ed takov\u00e9 limity, aby zabr\u00e1nily nebo zt\u00ed\u017eily <strong>pran\u00ed \u0161pinav\u00fdch pen\u011bz, neleg\u00e1ln\u00edm finan\u010dn\u00edm transakc\u00edm a da\u0148ov\u00fdm \u00fanik\u016fm<\/strong>. <\/p><p>Pokud existuje limit hotovostn\u00edch plateb, znamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee transakce p\u0159esahuj\u00edc\u00ed tuto \u010d\u00e1stku ji\u017e nelze prov\u00e1d\u011bt v hotovosti, nebo \u017ee je t\u0159eba p\u0159ijmout ur\u010dit\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed k ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed z\u00e1konnosti transakce.<\/p><p>Tyto limity se li\u0161\u00ed zem\u011b od zem\u011b a mohou se v pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u010dasu m\u011bnit v z\u00e1vislosti na politick\u00fdch a ekonomick\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch. Politici o jeho zaveden\u00ed debatuj\u00ed ji\u017e l\u00e9ta. Zat\u00edmco SPD se vyslovuje pro horn\u00ed limit, FDP pova\u017euje jeho zaveden\u00ed za \u201eomezen\u00ed svobody\u201c. St\u0159edem diskuse je ot\u00e1zka \u00fa\u010dinnosti takov\u00e9ho opat\u0159en\u00ed proti <strong>pran\u00ed \u0161pinav\u00fdch pen\u011bz a finan\u010dn\u00ed kriminalit\u011b<\/strong> v N\u011bmecku.   <\/p><p>V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b v N\u011bmecku neexistuje limit hotovostn\u00edch plateb. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee je v z\u00e1sad\u011b povoleno pou\u017e\u00edvat nebo p\u0159ij\u00edmat v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stky v hotovosti, pokud transakce odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edm z\u00e1kon\u016fm a p\u0159edpis\u016fm. <\/p><p>Je v\u0161ak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee existuj\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e9 oznamovac\u00ed povinnosti pro hotovostn\u00ed transakce. Banky, finan\u010dn\u00ed instituce, obchodn\u00edci se zbo\u017e\u00edm a dal\u0161\u00ed spole\u010dnosti mus\u00ed hl\u00e1sit transakce nad 10 000 eur Finan\u010dn\u00ed zpravodajsk\u00e9 jednotce (FIU) za \u00fa\u010delem boje proti pran\u00ed \u0161pinav\u00fdch pen\u011bz a neleg\u00e1ln\u00edm finan\u010dn\u00edm aktivit\u00e1m. V N\u011bmecku se v\u0161ak m\u00e1 mnoh\u00e9 zm\u011bnit. Dosud bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 platit v hotovosti i \u010d\u00e1stky v\u00fdrazn\u011b p\u0159esahuj\u00edc\u00ed 10 000 eur. Tento limit byl nyn\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017een na 3 000 eur. Prodejce mus\u00ed kupuj\u00edc\u00edho identifikovat a zaznamenat \u00fadaje.
