W\u00fcstenrot identifies customers via the Nect Ident process as part of digital loan disbursement. The basis for the collaboration is a partnership between Nect and the company builder and IT solutions provider crossbuilders GmbH.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-00e3f2d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"00e3f2d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWith a special focus on financial services, crossbuilders supports companies as a so-called company builder in implementing innovative business ideas and, as a full-service provider, develops customized and modular IT solutions. The Nect Ident process was integrated into a disbursement portal developed by crossbuilders, which enables financial service providers to allow their customers to view information about their loan in real time and carry out key actions. Since January 2023, the portal has allowed W\u00fcstenrot customers to view the current disbursement status of their loan, including all individual payments submitted digitally or on paper, as well as an overview of the required disbursement conditions and their status. In addition, customers can request disbursements, upload loan documents and photos of the construction project, and manage construction progress.   \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-15cecaf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"15cecaf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThis self-service function gives customers an option to increase transparency, throughput speed, and processing efficiency across the loan lifecycle.
