\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tHamburg\/ Berlin, 2023-03-07<\/strong> Nect and ACE ALTERNATIVES (“ACE”), the Berlin-based NEO fund admin and fintech for technology-driven servicing of alternative investment funds, have joined forces to integrate Nect Sign into ACE\u2019s proprietary digital onboarding and subscription process. Nect Sign meets the high regulatory requirements for a QES and enables secure, digital signing of contracts and documents. Effective immediately, Nect\u2019s solution is helping to make ACE\u2019s processes even faster and easier. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tTechnological security and efficiency are at the heart of the partnership between Nect and ACE. Nect Sign meets the high security requirements for electronic signatures set out by the European eIDAS Regulation, which require identity verification before the signing process. The authenticity of the verification is ensured by Nect\u2019s patent-pending security module “Put Your Face Here”, in which users must move the front of their ID card multiple times into a randomly specified position on the screen. This ensures that the person is a real human being. Image-based manipulation is therefore virtually impossible. The highly secure process with Nect Sign takes only a few minutes and also enables multiple signatures on a single document. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
