Since this year, we have been exploring these questions, particularly in relation to digital identities. For Nect, it is daily business; others find it more challenging. Nevertheless, the EU has set the goal that by 2030, 80 percent of EU citizens should be using a digital identity. Completing administrative tasks online was supposed to be made possible for people here with the new identity card. However, only a small minority uses the corresponding function, as the administration also struggles.
