Ehelyett el\u0151sz\u00f6r j\u00f6n l\u00e9tre egys\u00e9ges szab\u00e1lyrendszer mind a 27 tag\u00e1llam sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra. A bankok, biztos\u00edt\u00f3k, FinTech-ek \u00e9s identit\u00e1sszolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra ez nem kevesebbet jelent, mint paradigmav\u00e1lt\u00e1st. Sz\u00e1mos, ma m\u00e9g nemzeti k\u00fcl\u00f6nszab\u00e1lyokra \u00e9p\u00fcl\u0151 elj\u00e1r\u00e1st a j\u00f6v\u0151ben Eur\u00f3pa-szerte egys\u00e9ges digit\u00e1lis identit\u00e1sstandardok v\u00e1ltanak fel.    \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-14806b3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"14806b3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">A foltvarrott megold\u00e1sokt\u00f3l az eur\u00f3pai szab\u00e1lyrendszerig \n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3dd23c6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3dd23c6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Eddig az eur\u00f3pai p\u00e9nzmos\u00e1s elleni k\u00fczdelem ir\u00e1nyelveken alapult. Ezek ugyan c\u00e9lokat hat\u00e1roznak meg, azonban minden tag\u00e1llamnak nemzeti jogba kell \u00e1t\u00fcltetnie \u0151ket. Ennek k\u00f6vetkezm\u00e9nye: 27 elt\u00e9r\u0151 \u00e9rtelmez\u00e9s \u00e9s v\u00e9grehajt\u00e1s. Ami N\u00e9metorsz\u00e1gban jogszab\u00e1lyoknak megfelel\u0151 azonos\u00edt\u00e1snak min\u0151s\u00fcl, az jelent\u0151sen elt\u00e9rhet a francia, spanyol vagy olasz k\u00f6vetelm\u00e9nyekt\u0151l. A nemzetk\u00f6zileg m\u0171k\u00f6d\u0151 bankok \u00e9s p\u00e9nz\u00fcgyi szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra ez eddig magas k\u00f6lts\u00e9geket, \u00f6sszetett folyamatokat \u00e9s piaconk\u00e9nt k\u00fcl\u00f6n onboarding-folyamatokat jelentett. Az AMLR-rel ez a modell megsz\u0171nik. Rendeletk\u00e9nt k\u00f6zvetlen\u00fcl alkalmazand\u00f3 valamennyi EU-tag\u00e1llamban, \u00e9s t\u00f6bb\u00e9 nem ig\u00e9nyel nemzeti \u00e1t\u00fcltet\u00e9st. Ez\u00e1ltal az elt\u00e9r\u0151 \u00e9rtelmez\u00e9sek mozg\u00e1stere jelent\u0151sen cs\u00f6kken.       <\/p><p>Az <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/DE\/legal-content\/summary\/preventing-abuse-of-the-financial-system-for-money-laundering-and-terrorism-purposes-from-2027.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AMLR el\u0151sz\u00f6r hat\u00e1rozza meg<\/a> egy\u00e9rtelm\u0171en, hogy a j\u00f6v\u0151ben mely digit\u00e1lis elj\u00e1r\u00e1sok enged\u00e9lyezettek az azonos\u00edt\u00e1shoz a p\u00e9nzmos\u00e1s megel\u0151z\u00e9s\u00e9nek kontextus\u00e1ban.<\/p><p>H\u00e1rom, Eur\u00f3pa-szerte elismert m\u00f3dszer \u00e1ll a k\u00f6z\u00e9ppontban:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Nemzeti elektronikus identit\u00e1sok (eID):<\/strong> \u00c1llamilag kibocs\u00e1tott digit\u00e1lis identit\u00e1sok \u201ejelent\u0151s\u201d vagy \u201emagas\u201d bizalmi szinttel.<\/li><li><strong>European Digital Identity Wallet (EUDI-Wallet):<\/strong> 2026 v\u00e9g\u00e9ig minden tag\u00e1llamnak biztos\u00edtania kell egy <a href=\"https:\/\/nect.com\/hu\/termekek\/eudi-tarca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EUDI-Wallet<\/a>-et. A polg\u00e1rok a j\u00f6v\u0151ben ezzel Eur\u00f3pa-szerte haszn\u00e1lhatj\u00e1k digit\u00e1lis szem\u00e9lyazonoss\u00e1g-igazol\u00e1saikat. <\/li><li><strong>Qualified Trust Services (QTS):<\/strong> Ide tartoznak k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen a Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES) \u00e9s a Qualified Electronic Attestations of Attributes (QEAA), amelyeket min\u0151s\u00edtett bizalmi szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3k ny\u00fajtanak.<\/li><\/ul><p>A dokumentumalap\u00fa elj\u00e1r\u00e1sok tov\u00e1bbra is lehets\u00e9gesek maradnak, amennyiben megfelelnek az <a href=\"https:\/\/www.etsi.org\/deliver\/etsi_ts\/119400_119499\/119461\/02.01.01_60\/ts_119461v020101p.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ETSI 119 461<\/a> szabv\u00e1ny k\u00f6vetelm\u00e9nyeinek. A n\u00e9met p\u00e9nzmos\u00e1s elleni t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny (GwG) eddig l\u00e9nyeg\u00e9ben n\u00e9gy t\u00e1vazonos\u00edt\u00e1si utat enged\u00e9lyezett: <\/p><ul><li>Szem\u00e9lyes azonos\u00edt\u00e1s, p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul fi\u00f3kban vagy PostIdenten kereszt\u00fcl<\/li><li>Video-Ident \u00e9l\u0151 vide\u00f3besz\u00e9lget\u00e9ssel, k\u00e9pzett munkat\u00e1rsakkal<\/li><li>Az online szem\u00e9lyi igazolv\u00e1ny funkci\u00f3 (eID) haszn\u00e1lata<\/li><li>Min\u0151s\u00edtett elektronikus al\u00e1\u00edr\u00e1s referencia\u00e1tutal\u00e1ssal kombin\u00e1lva<\/li><\/ul><p>K\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen a Video-Ident k\u00f6vetelm\u00e9nyei form\u00e1lt\u00e1k a piacot \u00e9veken \u00e1t. A teljesen automatiz\u00e1lt elj\u00e1r\u00e1sokat vagy az MI-alap\u00fa identit\u00e1s-ellen\u0151rz\u00e9seket a GwG \u00e1ltal szab\u00e1lyozott felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1si esetekben nem ismert\u00e9k el egyen\u00e9rt\u00e9k\u0171 alternat\u00edvak\u00e9nt. \u00cdgy paradox helyzet alakult ki: mik\u00f6zben m\u00e1s eur\u00f3pai orsz\u00e1gokban a modern technol\u00f3gi\u00e1kat m\u00e1r enged\u00e9lyezt\u00e9k szab\u00e1lyozott azonos\u00edt\u00e1sokra, a n\u00e9met piac nagyr\u00e9szt tov\u00e1bbra is a manu\u00e1lis Video-Ident elj\u00e1r\u00e1sokra szorult.
