N\u00e4r beslutet tr\u00e4der i kraft kan helautomatiserade identifieringsf\u00f6rfaranden som Robo-Ident-tekniken fr\u00e5n Hamburg-baserade Nect GmbH \u00e4ven anv\u00e4ndas f\u00f6r att ing\u00e5 PrePaid-avtal enligt \u00a7 172 stycke 2 mening 3 TKG i ny lydelse. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-890c08b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"890c08b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tI punkt 3 i det planerade beslutet till\u00e5ts f\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen automatiserade videoidentifieringsf\u00f6rfaranden. Kraven omfattar bland annat riktlinjer f\u00f6r l\u00e4mpliga identitetshandlingar, sj\u00e4lva identifieringsprocessen samt dokumentationen. Bundesnetzagentur str\u00e4var efter att utforma beslutet s\u00e5 att det fr\u00e5n och med den 1 december 2021 blir en praktiskt till\u00e4mplig och r\u00e4ttss\u00e4ker ram f\u00f6r telekommunikationsf\u00f6retag.  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2e4ef44 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2e4ef44\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tBenny Bennet J\u00fcrgens, vd och grundare av Nect GmbH, ser en stor m\u00f6jlighet i det nya beslutet: &#8221;V\u00e5r Robo-Ident-teknik \u00e4r redan i dag mycket uppskattad av telekommunikationstj\u00e4nsteleverant\u00f6rer och anv\u00e4nds redan av Telekom Deutschland. Fr\u00e5n och med december kan telekomf\u00f6retagen nu \u00e4ven inom PRePaid-segmentet dra nytta av f\u00f6rdelarna med automatiserade Video-Ident-l\u00f6sningar. Med hj\u00e4lp av en identitetshandling och ansiktsigenk\u00e4nning via en selfie-video s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lls att den person som ska identifieras och dokumentet h\u00f6r ihop. Olika s\u00e4kerhetskontroller, till exempel avl\u00e4sning av hologrammen, g\u00f6r att bedr\u00e4gerif\u00f6rs\u00f6k hittills har uppt\u00e4ckts till 100 procent och d\u00e4rmed kunnat f\u00f6rhindras.
