Subject rights as per ART. 15, ART. 16 and ART. 17 GDPR

Under the terms of Article 15 GDPR all data subjects have a right to information. As per Article 16 GDPR data subjects may demand the rectification of inaccurate personal data. In accordance with Article 17 GDPR data subjects have a right to erasure respectively as per Article 18 a right to restriction of processing. The rights to information and to erasure are also supplemented by Art. 34 and 35 German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG Article 15 GDPR all data subjects have a right to information.
