Hamburg, October 8, 2020 Nect GmbH welcomed two first-class new additions on October 1, 2020: Sascha Rosewig joins the IT company’s sales team as Head of Health Insurance, and Helmut Dünninger as Sales Manager.

Three years after the company’s founding, Nect’s Selfie-Ident, an AI-based remote identification solution, has become indispensable in the digital trust services market. Focusing on the insurance and financial sectors as well as healthcare, Nect GmbH can now count R+V Versicherung, HUK-Coburg, Hamburgische Investitions- und Förderbank, and Hanseatische Krankenkasse among its clients. These and other markets are to be expanded in the future, benefiting from the company’s trust services. To this end, the sales team was strengthened on October 1 by the two experts Sascha Rosewig and Helmut Dünninger.

Sascha Rosewig

He is at home in the healthcare sector and knows the industry’s needs like no other: Sascha Rosewig joined Nect GmbH on October 1 as Head of Health Insurance. Among other things, he previously served as Chief Digital Officer (CDO), driving the digital corporate development of the rapidly growing hkk Krankenkasse, which currently ranks among the largest nationwide statutory health insurance funds with over 700,000 insured members. He also worked as a division manager at BITMARCK, a Managed Service Provider in the IT market for statutory health insurance. His focus there was on digitalization in healthcare. In his career to date, the sales professional has not only consolidated his know-how in digital services and innovation but also built a significant industry network. “It’s great to be a part of Nect now. My 20 years of experience in healthcare will help shape the company’s future. Together, we will show that Germany not only has stable healthcare but also a significant lead in digitalization,” says Rosewig.

Helmut Dünninger

With Helmut Dünninger, Nect has gained another expert. Over 20 years of national and international experience in the ICT (Information and Communication Technology) sector, as well as in business development and sales for global premium brands, make the Sales Manager a perfect addition to Nect’s sales team.

In addition, Dünninger gained valuable knowledge in identification services as Head of Sales at Identity Trust Management AG. This optimal synergy will help establish Nect solutions in the telecommunications industry in the future. The expert already offers a glimpse into the future: “I look forward to acquiring new customers in a young, innovative company with a clear strategy and future vision. With my experience and network, I want to support Nect on its path to becoming the market leader for automated and digital identity verification.”
