As part of the collaboration with the provider of AI-based trust services, ZEAL is using the product Nect Ident, a fully automated identification system based on Artificial Intelligence (AI). Within about two minutes, players can identify themselves independently via app using an ID document and a selfie video. The integrated technology not only performs facial matching and document verification, but also detects digital manipulation attempts.
By using Nect Ident, ZEAL now not only ensures that players are of legal age, but can also detect fake profiles in a timely manner. For example, automatic identification makes it impossible to bypass player bans using false identities.
